钛及钛合金阳极氧化膜层显色影响因素研究进展

钛及钛合金由于颜色单一,无法满足人们在生活家居装饰方面的需求.通过阳极氧化,可在钛及钛合金表面生成不同颜色的氧化薄膜,且工艺简单、成本低廉,因而广受关注.基于钛及钛合金阳极氧化显色的薄膜干涉原理,系统讨论和总结了氧化电压、氧化时间、氧化温度、电解液成分、合金成分、织构取向、预处理这 7 个阳极氧化工艺参数对氧化膜层色彩和显色均匀性的影响,旨在推进钛及钛合金阳极氧化工艺的应用.
Review of Color Influencing Factors of Anodic Oxidation Film of Titanium and Titanium Alloys
The dull color of titanium and its alloys cannot satisfy people's needs for product diversification in practical applications.Titanium and its alloy can present certain color on the surface by anodizing process to generate oxide films.Anodizing process has attracted much attention because its low cost and simple operation.This paper summarized the anodizing coloring mechanism of the film interference.The effects of seven anodization process parameters of the formation of anodic oxidation colorful film about titanium and its alloys were systematically discussed and summarized,including oxidation voltage,reaction time,temperature,electrolyte composition,alloy composition,texture orientation,and pre-treatment.This paper aim to facilitate the wide application of titanium and its alloys anodizing process.
