时效温度对RT1400钛合金力学性能及耐磨性的影响

对RT1400(Ti-4.8Al-5.6Mo-3V-1.5Cr-1.6Fe)高强亚稳β钛合金进行固溶时效处理,探究时效温度对其力学性能及耐磨性的影响.结果表明:RT1400 钛合金试样在 480℃保温 4h后具有较好的综合力学性能,其抗拉强度为1612 MPa,洛氏硬度值为 43.08HRC,摩擦系数为 0.358,磨损量为 0.15 mg.由表面磨痕分析可知,时效温度为 480℃时,RT1400 钛合金的磨损机制为粘着磨损,时效温度为 500℃时磨损机制为粘着磨损+磨粒磨损.
Effect of Aging Temperature on Mechanical Properties and Wear Resistance of RT1400 Titanium Alloy
The high-strength metastable β titanium alloy RT1400(Ti-4.8Al-5.6Mo-3V-1.5Cr-1.6Fe)was subjected to solution aging treatment,and the influence of aging temperature on mechanical properties and wear resistance was explored.The results show that the comprehensive mechanical properties of RT1400 titanium alloy specimen after holding at 480℃for 4 h are good,and its tensile strength is 1612 MPa,Rockwell hardness value is 43.08HRC,friction coefficient is 0.358,and wear amount is 0.15 mg.According to the surface scratch analysis,the wear mechanism of RT1400 titanium alloy is adhesive wear when the aging temperature is 480℃,and the wear mechanism is adhesive wear and abrasive wear when the aging temperature is 500℃.
