A STUDY ON THE GAS ABSORPTION OF METALLIC CHROMIUM
The gas absorption behavior of metallic chromium during carbothermal reduction was studied.Experiments were carried out with different gases under vacuum,the metallic chromium has strong absorption ability to carbon diox-ide,carbon monoxide and nitrogen in the cooling engineering after high temperature and high vacuum heating.
