摘要

介绍了矿热炉中压串联补偿(纵补)装置的特殊性,及其在31.5 MVA锰硅合金矿热炉生产过程中,因工艺控制稳定炉况需要,对纵补进行功率因数调降改造的工程设计实践,达到了预期效果,对同行业类似纵补应用企业具有普遍的借鉴意义和参考价值.

Abstract

The article introduces the particularity of the medium voltage series compensation(longitudinal compensa-tion)device for the submerged arc furnace,and its engineering design practice of power factor reduction transformation of longitudinal compensation in the production process of 31.5 MVA ferromanganese-silicon submerged arc furnace due to the need for stable furnace conditions through process control.The expected results have been achieved,and it has universal reference significance and value for similar longitudinal compensation application enterprises in the same in-dustry.
