摘要
介绍了基于煤焦炭价格快速提升造成焦炭价格居高不下,铁合金用焦也是水涨船高并且出现供货紧张的情况.为了降低用焦成本,本文根据铁合金用焦炭的各种性能,结合铁合金行业标准,研制出适合规模化生产用的耐高温铁合金型焦产品.通过实验及检测发现,采用焦粉专用黏合剂制备出的型焦产品,冷抗压强度≥150 kg,热抗压强度≥100 kg.型焦粒度均匀、热量、碳、硫含量等完全满足矿热炉用焦指标,该型焦完全可以应用于铁合金规模化生产,可实现焦粉再利用,降低铁合金企业的生产成本.
Abstract
Due to the rapid increase in coal and coke prices,the prices of coke remain high,and the use of coke for ferroalloys has also increased rapidly,leading to a shortage of supply.In order to reduce the cost of using coke,this ar-ticle develops high-temperature resistant ferroalloy coke products suitable for large-scale industrial production based on the various properties of ferroalloy coke and the standards of the ferroalloy industry.Through experiments and testing,it was found that the formed coke product produced using a special adhesive for coke powder has a cold compressive strength of≥150 kg and a hot compressive strength of≥100 kg.The uniform particle size,heat,carbon,sulfur con-tent,and other factors of the shaped coke fully meet the coke indicators for ore heating furnaces.This type of coke can be fully applied to the industrial production of ferroalloys,realizing the reuse of coke powder and reducing the produc-tion costs of ferroalloy enterprises.
