高碳铬铁低碳冶炼工艺研究

介绍了铬粉矿现已成为我国高碳铬铁冶炼的主要原料,随着矿热炉容量的扩大,仍以矿热炉还原熔炼法为主的高碳铬铁冶炼方式允许配入的粉矿占比越来越小.为了实现我国高碳铬铁冶炼深度减碳,本文结合铬矿资源发展,矿热炉大型化,熟料及热料入矿热炉冶炼开展低碳冶炼研究.冶炼实践表明,铬粉矿制成的烧结矿、氧化球团及还原球团分别入炉,使用 100%铬还原球团热装入矿热炉,高碳铬铁日产量提高到 260 t,电耗降至 2100 kWh/t,渣中铬含量降至3%,还原球团入矿热炉冶炼获得的经济效益最为明显.因此,氧化球团或还原球团热装冶炼,是实现高碳铬铁低碳冶炼的重要技术途径.
STUDY ON LOW-CARBON SMELTING PROCESS OF HIGH CARBON FERROCHROME
Fine chrome ore has become the main raw material for the smelting of high carbon ferrochrome in China.With the expansion of the capacity of the submerged arc furnace,the smelting method of high carbon ferrochrome mainly using the reduction smelting method of the submerged arc furnace allows for a smaller proportion of fine ore to be added.In order to achieve deep carbon reduction in China's high carbon ferrochrome smelting,the low-carbon smelting will be studied that basing on the development of chromium ore resources,large-scale arc furnaces,the smel-ting of clinker and hot materials in this paper.Smelting practice shows that,the chrome sinter,chrome oxidized pellets and pre-reduced chrome pellets were respectively put into the arc furnace,and the 100%chromium pre-reduced pel-lets were used with hot charging into the arc furnace.The daily output of ferroalloy was increased to 260 t,the power consumption was reduced to 2100 kWh/t,the chromium content in slag was reduced to 3%,and the benefit of smel-ting reduction pellet was the most obvious.Therefore,hot charging smelting of oxidized or reduced pellets are the im-portant technical approach to achieve low-carbon smelting of high carbon ferrochrome.
