利用氧化钙优化硅铁冶炼工艺的研究与实践

摘要
为提升硅铁冶炼工艺的效率与品质,探索氧化钙添加优化硅铁冶炼工艺的核心领域,通过实验数据,深入剖析了这些技术和策略在冶炼过程中的作用.研究结果表明,硅铁冶炼出铁后期渣不易排出,增加了出铁时间,不利于冶炼参数的稳定和电极的深插.通过阶段性配加氧化钙,能够促进炉前出铁后期排渣,缩短出铁时间,稳定参数,增加有效冶炼时间.
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency and quality of ferrosilicon smelting process and explore the core field of optimizing ferrosilicon smelting process by adding calcium oxide,the role of these technologies and strategies in the smelting process was analyzed through comprehensive experimental data and theoretical models.The results show that the slag in the later stage of ferrosilicon smelting is difficult to discharge,which increases the tapping time,and is not conducive to the stability of smelting parameters and the deep insertion of electrodes.By adding calcium oxide in sta-ges,it can promote slag discharge at the later stage of tapping in front of the furnace,shorten the tapping time,stabi-lize the parameters and increase the effective smelting time.
