TECHNICAL STUDY OF 316L/Q345R EXPLOSIVE CLAD PLATE HEATING TREATMENT
The properties and microstructure of 316L/Q345R clad plate prepared by explosive welding after different heat treatments were comparatively studied. The results show that the heat treatment temperatures and cooling mode have different effects on the microstructure and properties of the clad plate. The explosive clad plates have the highest strength, poor plasticity and impact properties, while the clad plates have the worst impact toughness and plasticity af-ter 910℃ annealing and quenching;the influences of air cooling and forced air cooling on clad plate properties are un-obvious after 620~910℃ annealing, but the decarbonization and carbon diffusion are obvious near the combining inter-face after high temperature annealing, and the 800℃ annealing and air cooling process is finalized as the optimizing method.
