降低五氧化二钒Fe元素的工艺研究

摘要
介绍了使用偏钒酸铵作为原料,采取Fe(OH)3沉淀法除去浸出液中的铁,利用溶度积的差异,通过控制溶液的pH值使金属离子发生反应,生成氢氧化铁沉淀从而除去杂质铁.在不同温度、pH值、反应时间条件下,通过试验,验证除铁最优的工艺参数,达到降低五氧化二钒Fe元素的最佳条件.
Abstract
Using ammonium metavanadate as raw material,Fe(OH)3 precipitation method is used to remove iron from the leach solution.By utilizing the difference in solubility product and controlling the pH value of the solution,metal i-ons can react to form precipitates of iron hydroxide,thereby removing impurity iron.And the optimal process parame-ters for iron removal are verified by experiments at different temperatures,pH values and reaction times,to reduce di-vanadium pentaoxide Fe,so as to achieve the most favorable conditions for reducing Fe in vanadium pentoxide.
