摘要

介绍了可应用于矿热炉行业的低压大电流导体寿命监测系统.通过对导体事故的原因以及导体与电极结构的关系分析,基于对导体的电流等参数在线检测数据,根据其规律性趋势内在变化原因分析,最终得到关于导体寿命相关的一般确定性结论.此系统主要可应用于冶金、化工等行业的三相交流矿热炉低压导体在线寿命监测.

Abstract

This article introduces a low-voltage and high current conductor life monitoring system that can be applied to the submerged arc furnace industry.By analyzing the causes of conductor accidents and the relationship between conductor and electrode structures,based on the online detection data of conductor current and other parameters,and analyzing the underlying changes in their regular trends,a general deterministic conclusion related to conductor life is ultimately obtained.This system can mainly be applied to online life monitoring of low-voltage conductors in three-phase AC submerged arc furnaces in industries such as metallurgy and chemical engineering.
