介绍了通过硅铁密闭炉的尾气成分分析,探索不同的尾气资源化回收工艺的可行性,从尾气净化工艺、经济效益、环保效益等方面比较了尾气"能量回收"与"作为化工原料"两种资源化方式.着重分析了针对不同的利用方式,密闭炉尾气净化工艺的选择.尾气作为合成甲醇的化工原料,是最经济和环保的资源回收方式,每吨FeSi75 可产生直接经济效益 95~123 元,减少CO2排放 2.27 t.
In the paper,the feasibility of different resource utilization technology of flue gas was explored by analyzing the flue gas composition of ferrosilicon closed furnace.A comparison of two resource utilization technology of flue gas,"energy recovery"and"as chemical raw material",was made from the aspects of flue gas purification process,eco-nomic benefit,environmental benefit,etc.Emphasis was placed on analyzing the selection of purification process for closed furnace flue gas with different utilization methods.Flue gas,as a chemical raw material for methanol synthesis,is the most economical and environmentally friendly way of resource recovery.Each ton of FeSi75 can generate direct e-conomic benefits of 95~123 yuan and reduce CO2 emissions by 2.27 t.
