STUDY ON IMPROVEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION OF A BY-PRODUCT CHROMIUM RESOURCE
This article mainly focuses on the problem of reduced service life of the bag filter attached to the calcination kiln in the industrial application of a by-product chromium resource in the production process of vanadium pentoxide.After collecting and analyzing the calcination exhaust gas,acidic gas is generated during calcination to corrode the dust collection bag.In order to reduce the content of corrosive gas,by comparing the two methods of industrial water reverse washing and slurry washing,the removal rate of industrial water fifth stage reverse washing is higher than that of prima-ry slurry washing.However,there are shortcomings such as slow filtering speed and increased solid-state flow.By adding a washing process for by-product chromium resources in the production line,the acidic ion content is greatly re-duced,and the service life of the calcination kiln dust collection bag is increased from half a year to 2 years,reducing costs by about 270 000 yuan per year.
