矿热炉高压补偿装置规避谐波损伤的实用性容量调整计算

摘要
从电容器合闸涌流抑制与谐波治理两个维度相结合,介绍了高压补偿装置为适应使用环境变化、在容量调整过程中避免出现谐波导致电容器损坏的计算方法.以矿热炉高压补偿为例,对补偿容量提出合理化设计思路,以确保装置在实际工业环境中的运行安全.
Abstract
This article combines the two dimensions of capacitor closing inrush current suppression and harmonic con-trol,and introduces the calculation method of high-voltage compensation devices to adapt to changes in the usage envi-ronment and avoid harmonic damage to capacitors during capacity adjustment.Taking the high-voltage compensation of the submerged arc furnace as an example,a reasonable design concept is proposed for the compensation capacity to en-sure the safe operation of the device in actual industrial environment.
