介绍了针对胶轮圆筒混合机运行过程中频繁出现筒体焊缝开裂的问题,通过对焊缝区的残余应力以及筒体的受力进行分析,发现焊接残余应力与运行过程中筒体受到的附加应力之间相互叠加导致应力集中是筒体开裂的主要原因.基于此,给出了一些相应的解决办法.现场的实际应用表明,这些措施能够解决滚筒频繁开裂的问题,有效地提高了混料机的使用寿命.
Aiming at the problem that the cylinder weld cracks frequently occur during the operation of the rubber wheel cylinder mixer,in this paper,through the analysis of the residual stress in the weld zone and the stress of the cylinder,it is found that the stress concentration caused by the superposition between the residual stress of welding and the additional stress of the cylinder in the running process is the main reason for the cracking of the cylinder.Based on this,some corresponding solutions were given.And the practical application shows that these measures can solve the problem of frequent cracking of the drum and effectively increase the service life of the mixer.
