浅谈改进型KDY-100L型全液压开堵眼机在铁合金电炉应用

摘要
介绍了改进型KDY-100L型全液压开堵眼机在电炉出铁口的应用实践及其在铁合金电炉生产中的重要作用.结合其基本工作原理和优缺点,重点介绍了在炉前使用中存在的问题、改进情况及使用效果,在不同铁合金品种(锰硅合金、高碳铬铁)以及不同炉型 30 MVA、33 MVA上的应用情况;并对开堵眼机液压系统、开眼、拉渣和堵眼三大功能、日常的检修及维护、使用的注意事项等进行了相关探讨.
Abstract
This paper introduces the application practice of the improved KDY-100L full hydraulic hole opening and plugging machine in the tap hole of electric furnace and its important role in the production of ferroalloy electric fur-nace.It mainly introduces the basic working principle,advantages and disadvantages of the improved KDY-100L full hydraulic hole opening and plugging machine,the problems existing in the use in front of the furnace,the transforma-tion situation,the application effect,and the application in different ferroalloy varieties(manganese silicon alloy,high carbon ferrochromium)and different furnace types of 30 MVA and 33 MVA;It also discusses the hydraulic system of the hole opening and plugging machine,the three functions of hole opening,slag pulling and hole plugging,the daily overhaul and maintenance,and the precautions for use.
