摘要

介绍了通过研究铬矿特性、冶炼渣型、炉渣碱度、镁铝比以及合金中硅含量等参数与渣中Cr2O3含量的关系,借助Mintab数据分析软件明确了各参数和相关影响因素的优先级,从而有针对性的对原有工艺参数进行优化调整,有效的降低了渣中Cr2O3含量并提高了铬综合收得率.

Abstract

The article researched relation between Cr2O3 in slag and parameters,such as chrome ore properties,slag composition,slag basicity,MgO/Al2O3 ratio,silicon content in alloy,etc.At the same time,used data analysis soft-ware Mintab to clarify the order of priority among those factors.There by purposefully optimized and adjusted the origi-nal process parameters.Eventually Cr2O3 content in slag was effectively reduced and the chromium recovery rate of was raised.
