RESEARCH ON OPTIMIZATION OF ENERGY CONSERVATION AND CONSUMPTION REDUCTION IN FERRONICKEL PRODUCTION
With the rapid development of industrial technology,the ferronickel smelting industry is facing the dual challenges of energy saving and emission reduction,as well as improving production efficiency.Energy consumption,as an important part of the smelting process,plays a significant role in enhancing overall smelting efficiency and redu-cing energy consumption.This paper aims to explore optimization strategies for energy saving and consumption redu-ction in ferronickel production.By analyzing existing problems in production,a series of innovative optimization mea-sures are proposed,and the implementation effects of the optimization plan are predicted and evaluated.
