摘要

本文首先分析了我国交流矿热炉使用中存在的问题,说明了矿热炉交流供电电耗高的原因,不但给出了几种矿热炉节能措施,分析了矿热炉直流供电的节能机理,而且回顾了我国直流矿热炉的发展过程;然后介绍了我国直流矿热炉的研究和使用情况,进而探讨了直流矿热炉的发展瓶颈;最后展望了直流矿热炉的发展趋势.

Abstract

This article first analyzed the problems existing in the use of AC electric smelting submerged arc furnaces in China,and explained the reasons for the high power consumption of AC power supply.It not only provided several energy-saving measures,analyzed the energy-saving mechanism of DC power supply,but also reviewed the develop-ment process of DC electric smelting submerged arc furnaces in China.Then,it introduced the research and usage of DC electric smelting furnaces,and discussed the development bottleneck.Finally,the development trend of DC sub-merged arc furnace was discussed.
