复合钒氮合金的制备工艺研究

介绍了以五氧化二钒、石墨粉、硅铁粉为原料,利用全自动氮气保护推板窑炉制备复合钒氮合金.研究了混合物料配比、成型压力、氮化温度、氮化时间对合金中碳、氮、氧的影响.以此工艺制备的复合钒氮合金具有高密度、高氮、低氧等特性.
STUDY ON PREPARATION TECHNOLOGY OF COMPOUND VANADIUM-NITROGEN ALLOY
Compound vanadium-nitrogen alloy was prepared from compound vanadium pentoxide,graphite powder and ferrosilicon powder by automatic nitrogen protected push plate kiln.The effects of mixture ratio,molding pressure,ni-triding temperature and nitriding time on carbon,nitrogen and oxygen in the alloy were studied.The compound vanadi-um-nitrogen alloy prepared by this process has the characteristics of high density,high nitrogen and low oxygen.
