PULSE HEATING INERT GAS MELTING INFRARED ABSORPTION AND THERMAL CONDUCTIVITY METHOD FOR DETERMINING OXYGEN AND NITROGEN CONTENT IN METAL CHROME
A pulse heating inert gas melting infrared absorption and thermal conductivity method was established using an oxygen nitrogen hydrogen analyzer to determine the oxygen and nitrogen content in metal chrome.A high-grade pure graphite crucible was used, and a high-purity no-clean nickel basket was used as a flux. The optimal measurement conditions were selected(analysis power of 5 000 W,degassing power of 5 500 W,shortest time for oxygen analysis of 40 s,and shortest time for nitrogen analysis of 65 s).Through this method, the precision, accuracy, and recovery rate of flux blank experiments and sample measurements were tested, proving that the method can quickly and accurately determine the oxygen and nitrogen content in metal chrome, and providing an effective approach for the detection of oxygen and nitrogen content in metal chrome.
