扫秒式和跳秒式石英钟机芯声发射时频信号分析

噪声是评价和改进石英钟机芯内部结构及其材料特性的重要指标,传统的分贝仪无法分析机芯噪声时频特性。该文利用声发射技术检测扫秒式和跳秒式机芯的噪声特征,并对两种机芯的声发射信号进行时域和频域特征分析。研究结果表明,与跳秒式机芯相比,扫秒式机芯的上升时间、振铃计数值、能量、幅值、RMS、ASL约分别是其的1。6倍、7。24倍、0。001 9倍、0。74倍、0。043倍和0。59倍;扫秒式机芯声发射时域信号不规则,而跳秒式机芯声发射信号振幅规则且信号强度大;扫秒式机芯功率谱峰值主要在高频段,跳秒式机芯功率谱峰值在低频段且功率损耗更大;经小波分析后,跳秒式机芯声发射时频信号波形呈规则对称分布的橄榄状,而扫秒式机芯声发射时频信号波形呈不对称与不规则特征。声发射信号时频分析可为改进机芯性能提供理论参考依据。
Time-domain and Frequency-domain Analysis of Acoustic Emission Signal of the Sweeping and Jumping Quartz Clock Movements
Noise indicator is important for evaluating and improving the internal structure and material properties of quartz clock movements.Traditional decibels cannot analyze the time-frequency characteris-tics of movement noise.Acoustic emission technology is used to detect the noise characteristics of sweep-ing and jumping movements,and the time-domain and frequency-domain characteristics of the acoustic emission signals of the two movements are analyzed.The research results show that compared with the jumping movement,the rise time,ringing count value,energy,amplitude,RMS,and ASL of the sweeping movement are about 1.6 times,7.24 times,0.001 9 times,0.74 times,0.043 times,and 0.59 times,respec-tively.The time-domain signal of the sweeping movement acoustic emission is irregular,while the ampli-tude of the jumping movement acoustic emission signal is regular and the signal strength is high.The peak power spectrum of the sweeping type movement is mainly in the high frequency range,while the peak power spectrum of the jumping type movement is in the low frequency range and the power loss is greater.After wavelet analysis,the acoustic emission signal of the jumping movement presents an olive shaped time-frequency waveform with regular and symmetrical distribution,while the time-frequency waveform of the sweeping movement acoustic emission signal presents asymmetric and irregular characteristics.The time-frequency analysis of acoustic emission signals aims to provide theoretical reference for improving the performance of the movement.
