A Study of Maintaining Wind Power Equipment Problem Integrating Travelling Salesman Problem and Assignment Problem
Wind power generation equipment is usually geographically distributed,time-consuming and laborious to overhaul,and scientific and reasonable planning for it by the method of operations research can help enterprises save costs and improve efficiency.The round-trip transportation of personnel and materials in the overhaul process is attributed to the Travelling Salesman Problem(TSP),and the alloca-tion of each overhaul team and each point to be overhauled is attributed to the Assignment Problem(AP),so as to put forward a class of Maintaining Wind Power Equipment Problem(MWPEP)that inte-grates the Travelling Salesman Problem and the Assignment Problem.Combined with the operations re-search method,two modeling methods for the MWPEP are given.One is the optimization model of the MWPEP based on the recursive relationship between neighboring nodes according to the path of TSP and the assignment of tasks,and the other is the 0-1 planning model of the MWPEP based on the constraints of the time range of arrival based on the 0-1 type of decision variables.Finally,the analytical and compu-tational processes based on the two models are demonstrated through examples.The study of MWPEP extends the application of operations research method and provides new ideas and methods to solve similar problems in actual production and life.
