校企合作背景下高职校园体育文化与企业文化互融价值研究

摘要
在校企合作背景下,为进一步加强高职院校与企业之间的合作深度,挖掘双方合作潜力,不断提升合作成效.运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法和访谈法,以高职校园体育文化和企业文化为研究对象,在详细阐明两种文化概念基础上,对两种文化融合面临的挑战和共同基础进行深入细致分析,总结出两种文化的有效融合在保持人才培养持续性、形成共通健康价值观、激发创新发展领导力、提高人才选拔适配度、强化内部文化凝聚力等方面具有多种重要价值.这不仅有助于拓展职业教育发展路径,也为企业文化建设和人才储备提供了新的思路,对校企合作的高质量发展必将产生积极而深远的影响.
Abstract
In the background of college-enterprise cooperation,in order to further strengthen the depth of cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,tap the potential of cooperation between both sides,and continuously improve the effectiveness of cooperation,this study focuses on corporate culture and the sports culture in vocational colleges by literature review,logical analysis,and interview methods.Based on a detailed explanation of the concepts of these two cultures,a thorough and detailed analysis is conducted on the challenges and common foundations faced by the integration of the two cul-tures.It is concluded that the effective integration of the two cultures has multiple important values,such as maintaining the continuity of talent cultivation,forming common healthy values,stimulating innovative development leadership,improving the adaptability of talent selection,and strengthening internal cultural cohesion.This will not only help to expand the development path of vocational education,but also provide new ideas for the construction of enterprise culture and talent reserve,which will have a positive and far-reaching impact on the high-quality development of college-enterprise cooperation.
