摘要

该研究以TPACK框架下大学英语教师信息化教学能力结构为基础,构建指标体系,结合高校英语学科特点,用数学的线性表示法,建立基于信息化的高校英语教师教学能力评价模型.该模型采用主、客观组合赋权法对测评模型的指标赋权,并进行实际应用.案例结果显示,所构建的模型对某市四所高校英语教师的测评能力指数均值分别为0.129 1、0.121 1、0.112 3和0.087 7,反映了这四所高校教师信息素养能力现状,同时验证了模型的可行性.该评价模型以技术、教育和内容知识的融合为核心,能够对教师的信息化教学能力进行评估,并为提升教师信息化教学能力提供可行策略.

Abstract

An indicator system is constructed according to an evaluation model of college English teachers based on the information-based education ability structure within the TPACK framework.Based on the characteristics of the English subject in universities,a mathematical linear representation method is used to establish an information-based evaluation model for the teaching ability of English teachers in universities.The model uses a combination of subjective and objective weighting methods to weight the indicators of the evaluation model.This evaluation model focuses on the integration of technology,education,and con-tent knowledge,and can deeply evaluate the information-based teaching ability of teachers,providing feasi-ble strategies for improving their information-based teaching ability.
