Strategies for Improving Information-based Education Ability of College English Teachers in the Era of Smart Education
An indicator system is constructed according to an evaluation model of college English teachers based on the information-based education ability structure within the TPACK framework.Based on the characteristics of the English subject in universities,a mathematical linear representation method is used to establish an information-based evaluation model for the teaching ability of English teachers in universities.The model uses a combination of subjective and objective weighting methods to weight the indicators of the evaluation model.This evaluation model focuses on the integration of technology,education,and con-tent knowledge,and can deeply evaluate the information-based teaching ability of teachers,providing feasi-ble strategies for improving their information-based teaching ability.
