智慧教育背景下大学英语教师信息化教学能力提升策略研究

该研究以TPACK框架下大学英语教师信息化教学能力结构为基础,构建指标体系,结合高校英语学科特点,用数学的线性表示法,建立基于信息化的高校英语教师教学能力评价模型。该模型采用主、客观组合赋权法对测评模型的指标赋权,并进行实际应用。案例结果显示,所构建的模型对某市四所高校英语教师的测评能力指数均值分别为0。129 1、0。121 1、0。112 3和0。087 7,反映了这四所高校教师信息素养能力现状,同时验证了模型的可行性。该评价模型以技术、教育和内容知识的融合为核心,能够对教师的信息化教学能力进行评估,并为提升教师信息化教学能力提供可行策略。
Strategies for Improving Information-based Education Ability of College English Teachers in the Era of Smart Education
An indicator system is constructed according to an evaluation model of college English teachers based on the information-based education ability structure within the TPACK framework.Based on the characteristics of the English subject in universities,a mathematical linear representation method is used to establish an information-based evaluation model for the teaching ability of English teachers in universities.The model uses a combination of subjective and objective weighting methods to weight the indicators of the evaluation model.This evaluation model focuses on the integration of technology,education,and con-tent knowledge,and can deeply evaluate the information-based teaching ability of teachers,providing feasi-ble strategies for improving their information-based teaching ability.
