健身气功习练者特征与需求调查分析

摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查等方法,对我国当下健身气功的习练者特征与需求进行调研和分析.结果显示:健身气功习练者呈现"中间高,两端低"的特点,中年人群比重较大,老年和青年人群比重较小;习练者职业结构特征偏向于脑力型劳动者,高学历层次已经占据主体;"养生"和"文化"是习练者对健身气功最突出的需求;健身气功师资数量和综合素质,特别是文化理论素养已经不能满足健身气功社会习练者需求.建议:根据健身气功内在特点和不同年龄阶段人群健康需求,继续挖掘健身气功的综合价值,吸引不同年龄阶段群体习练健身气功;提升健身气功"养生"和"文化"两大形象的高度和厚度,促进二者相互交融;通过各种形式提高现有师资技术和文化水平,让现有师资"活"起来,发挥高校健身气功师资作用,带动更多高校教师、学生参与健身气功的校内外推广.
Abstract
This paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics and needs of current Health Qigong practitioners in China,by using the methods like document literature,questionnaire survey and others.The results show that the characteristic of Qigong practitioners is"high in the middle,low at both ends"—middle-aged people taking the large proportion,while the elderly and youngsters relatively less.As for the vocational aspect,mental workers of higher education make up the majority."Regimen"and"culture"are two most prominent needs for practitioners who perform Health Qigong.The number of Health Qigong teachers and their comprehensive quality,especially their cultural and theoretical literacy,has been unable to meet the demands of Qigong practitioners.Here are certain suggestions as follows.Further explore the comprehensive value of Health Qigong and attract groups at different ages to practice Health Qigong,based on the inherent characteristics of Health Qigong and the health needs of people at different ages;enhance the height and depth of the two images of Health Qigong,"regimen"and"culture",and promote the mutual integration of them;improve the technical and cultural level of present teachers through various ways,to make them"alive".College Health Qigong teachers should play a leading role,and attract more college teachers and students to participate in the promotion of Health Qigong inside and outside the campus.
