Design of Teaching Cases for the Probability Theory Course Integrating Ideological and Political Elements
This article focuses on the characteristics of the courses of probability theory in science,en-gineering,and management majors in universities,and explores teaching cases related to the knowledge content of courses from the perspective of ideological and political education.Five typical knowledge points of probability theory courses are selected,and ideological and political cases are organically inte-grated with knowledge content to guide students to use probability methods to think and solve problems,cultivate students'honest,trustworthy,persistent,and down-to-earth principles and methods of handling things,learn to handle problems based on unity and parts and universal connexion,and ultimately achieve the core function of moral education in probability theory courses.
