As new organizations of deepening the integration of industry and education,colleges of modern industry play an important role in improving the quality of the application-oriented talents.Based on micro-specialty construction,this paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the application-oriented universities,such as unclear target orientation,imperfect system and mechanism,insufficient construction of teaching staff,inadequate development of practical teaching and so on.And the corresponding strate-gies are put forward:clear training objectives,construction of connotation,improving the system and mechanism to achieve policy coordination and construction of evaluation system,to promote the col-leges of modern industry to achieve high-quality development.
