Optimization Research on Resettlement Housing Project Management Based on EPC Model and Interval Hierarchy Analysis Method
Resettlement housing,as a guarantee of life benefits that the government and the people are eagerly waiting for,has attracted much attention for its construction safety and quality effect.In order to further optimize the management of existing resettlement housing projects,the study takes Project A as the starting point,divides the project through the turnkey model,and also introduces the interval hierarchical analysis method and the 4M1E method to evaluate the quality factors,and finally puts forward a quality management optimization strategy.The experimental results show that the weights of the 28 quality factor indicators in the strategy are more skewed towards the construction phase,with a maximum weight of 0.884.The maximum error in rebar spacing for the proposed strategy studied during construction is 32%,the maximum error in row spacing is 25%,the maximum error in beam-column width-height is 28%,and the maximum axial displacement is 29%.In addition,after expert evaluation,the average score of the four indicators of the optimization strategy is 54.3,which is far more than the traditional method.Thus,it can be seen that the optimization strategy proposed by the study has obvious advantages and value for the quality management of resettlement housing projects at the present stage,and can provide theoretical guarantee for the technical development in the field.
