The Operational Difficulties and Optimization Paths of the Elderly Care Service Model of"Sports+Medicine+Care"from the Perspective of"Healthy China"
The elderly care service model of"Sports+Medicine+Care"is an important way to address the challenges of population aging and meet the needs of the people for high-quality elderly care services from the perspective of"Healthy China".This study is based on the synergy theory and the localization development status of the"Healthy China Strategy",objectively explaining the application advantages of the elderly care service model of"Sports+Medicine+Care".From the dimensions of synergy mechanism,composite talents,digital divide,and information security,it analyzes the operational difficulties faced by the model,such as insufficient synergy effectiveness caused by policy coupling,shortage of composite talents caused by lagging training programs,delayed digital construction caused by weak infrastructure,and information security misconduct caused by adverse interest driven factors.On this basis,some optimi-zation paths of the elderly care service model of"Sports+Medicine+Care"have been pre-set to promote the standardized application of the model,achieving the high-quality development of China's health and elderly care industry.
