Experimental Study on the Influence of Kabardi Game on Behavior and Performance of Long Jump Practice of Teenagers
This article uses research methods such as literature review, observation, and experimentation to explore the impact of using Kabardi game in physical education teaching on behavior and performance of long jump practice of teenagers. The aim is to provide data and practical support for improving students'interest in physical education learning and promoting physical education teaching reform. The research results show that the learning interest of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the long jump performance of the experimental group was improved after the experiment, which was significantly higher than that of the control group and before the experiment. It can be seen that incorporating appropriate sports games into traditional physical education teaching,espe-cially collective collaborative sports games that require high concentration of attention, like Kabardi, can not only diversify the forms of physical education teaching, but also delay the occurrence of sports related psychological fatigue, significantly improving students'learning interest, practice enthusi-asm,and sports performance.
