基于区域生长的肝脏影像分割系统设计

目前,在临床治疗中对肝脏类疾病进行诊断治疗仍需要医生根据临床经验手动对腹腔CT中的肝脏影像进行分割,该方法综合效率低,且十分容易受到外界因素的影响。随着计算机技术的不断发展,使用医学影像技术对腹腔CT进行肝脏影像分割为肝脏影像分割提供了全新的思路。该文将区域生长法与图像处理方法进行了创新融合,设计了一个新型肝脏影像分割系统。测试结果表明:该系统对于不同患者、不同角度的腹腔CT图像,可以做到高效、完整的肝脏影像分割,适用性广泛。
Design of Liver Image Segmentation System Based on Region Growth
At present,the diagnosis and treatment of liver diseases in clinical treatment still requires doctors to manually segment the liver image in abdominal CT according to clinical experience.The comprehensive efficiency of this method is low,and it is easy to be affected by external factors.With the development of computer technology,using medical imaging technology to segment the liver image in abdominal CT provides a new thought for liver image segmentation.In this paper,a novel system of liver image segmentation is designed by combining region growth method with image processing method.The test results show that the system can achieve efficient and complete liver image segmentation for different patients and different angles of abdominal CT images,and has wide applicability.
