新增药用高分子材料学中基础实验探究——以壳聚糖修饰材料对阿莫西林脱除为例

针对中医药院校工科专业学生在药用高分子材料学课程中高分子合成能力弱且无法完全理解掌握书中基础知识点等问题,该文在本课程的实验教学中加入了壳聚糖修饰材料对阿莫西林脱除实验,该实验可利用现有的药物化学实验室仪器进行教学,无需重新建设单独的实验室.这一举措提升了课程的教学效果,有效促进学生从课程理论学习向理论与实践结合转变,有利于学生终身学习能力的培养.
Exploration of Basic Experiments in New Medicinal High Polymer Materials Science—Taking Chitosan Modified Materials as An Example for Amoxicillin Removal
In response to the problems of weak high polymer synthesis ability and inability to fully under-stand and master the basic knowledge points in the course of medicinal high polymer materials science for engineering majors in traditional Chinese medicine universities,the paper plans to add Chitosan modified materials to the experimental teaching of Amoxicillin removal.This experiment can use existing pharma-ceutical chemistry laboratory instruments for teaching,without the need to rebuild a separate laboratory,improving the teaching effectiveness of the course and effectively promoting the students'lifelong learning ability from theoretical learning to the combination of theory and practice.
