Interdisciplinary subject teaching constitutes a prominent aspect of the current curriculumreform,exerting a distinctive role in the development of students'thinking and attainment.Nevertheless,numerous challenges persist in the theory,implementation,and evaluation of interdisciplinary subjectteaching of geography in junior high school,thereby failing to achieve the anticipated learning outcomes.This paper explores the concept and significance of interdisciplinary subject teaching of geography injunior high school and proffers several suggestions regarding the strategies of interdisciplinary subjectteaching of geography in junior high school in light of the current predicaments.
