便携式蓝莓采摘机设计与实验

蓝莓被誉为"高档水果之王",是联合国粮农组织推荐的五大水果之一,具有果汁多、果皮薄、产量大、成熟期短等特点。然而,每年蓝莓采收需耗费大量人力,采收不及时会造成巨大损失。在蓝莓资源丰富的长白山地区,每年都有大量人工栽培及野生蓝莓因未能及时采收,致使经济效益受损,阻碍了相关产业的发展。长白山地区蓝莓采收作业主要以人工为主,采收效率低,劳动强度大,作业成本高,且该地区地形条件不适于大型蓝莓采收机械作业。为了提高采收效率,该文基于共振原理设计了一种便携式振动式蓝莓采摘机。经实验证明,所设计的蓝莓采摘机结构简单、操作便捷、效率高,适合长白山地区山地中小规模蓝莓栽培户进行采收作业,有效解决了山区蓝莓采收难的问题。
Design and Experiment of Portable Blueberry Picking Machine
Blueberry is known as the"king of high-grade fruits"and is one of the five major fruits recom-mended by FAO.It has the characteristics of more juice,thin peel,large output and short maturity,but it takes a lot of manpower to harvest every year,which leads to huge losses.Especially in Changbai Moun-tain,which is rich in blueberry resources,a huge amount of artificially cultivated and wild blueberries can not be harvested in time every year,which affects the economic benefits and hinders the development of related industries.The harvesting of blueberry in Changbai Mountain was mainly manual,with low har-vesting efficiency,high labor intensity and high operating cost,which was not suitable for large-scale blueberry harvesting machinery.Based on the principle of resonance,this paper designs a portable vibrat-ing blueberry picker.The field experiment proves that the designed blueberry picker has simple structure,convenient operation and high efficiency,which is suitable for small and medium-sized blueberry growers in Changbai Mountain area,and effectively solves the problem of difficult blueberry harvesting in mountainous areas.
