运动联合桦树茸提取物对糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢影响研究

目的:本研究旨在通过建立糖尿病模型小鼠,对其进行桦树茸提取物(Inonotus Obliquus extract,IOE)的补充,联合运动干预,探究二者联合干预对糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢的影响,进一步评估桦树茸提取物的功效。方法:研究中将SPF级的雄性ICR小鼠随机分成5组,共40只(n=40):分别是对照组(CON组)、糖尿病模型组(DB组)、桦树茸提取物组(IOE组)、运动组(EX组)、运动联合桦树茸提取物组(EI组)。糖尿病模型建立完成后,桦树茸提取物组(IOE组)和运动联合桦树茸提取物组(EI组)每天腹腔注射桦树茸提取物 1 次,每次 1 500 mg/kg,对照组(CON组)、模型组(DB组)和运动组(EX组)注射等量的生理盐水。运动组(EX组)和运动联合桦树茸提取物组(EI组)分别进行跑台训练。训练时间固定为每周5次,共6周。结果:研究发现,桦树茸提取物组、运动组和运动联合桦树茸提取物组的糖尿病小鼠在经过6周的干预后,均能改善血糖浓度、T-CHO、HDL-C、LDL-C和GSP水平,提高了糖尿病小鼠的SOD活性,降低了MDA水平,该处理方法调节了空腹胰岛素水平,增强了胰岛素敏感性,促进了细胞功能的恢复,并在糖脂代谢调节方面发挥了积极效能,有效地改善了糖尿病小鼠糖脂代谢紊乱的状况,运动联合桦树茸提取物组小鼠的血清检测的指标改善更显著,干预后疗效更佳。
Effects of Combined Exercise and Inonotus Obliquus Extract on Glucose and Lipid Metabolism of Diabetic Mice
Objective:This study aims to establish a diabetic mouse model and supplement it with Inonotus Obliquus extract(IOE),in combination with exercise intervention,to explore the impact of the combined intervention on the glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice,and further assess the efficacy of Inono-tus Obliquus extract.Male ICR mice of SPF grade were randomly divided into 5 groups,totaling 40 mice(n=40):Control group(CON group),Diabetic model group(DB group),Inonotus Obliquus extract group(IOE group),Exercise group(EX group),Exercise combined with Inonotus Obliquus extract group(EI group).After the establishment of the diabetic model,the Inonotus Obliquus extract group(IOE group)and the Exercise combined with Inonotus Obliquus extract group(EI group)were injected with Inonotus Obliquus extract intraperitoneally once a day at a dose of 1 500 mg/kg,while the Control group(CON group),the Diabetic model group(DB group),and the Exercise group(EX group)were in-jected with an equal amount of saline.The Exercise group(EX group)and the Exercise combined with Inonotus Obliquus extract group(EI group)underwent treadmill training.The training time was fixed at 5 times per week for a total of 6 weeks.The Inonotus Obliquus extract group,Exercise group,and Exercise combined with Inonotus Obliquus extract group of diabetic mice improved blood glucose concentration,T-CHO,HDL-C,LDL-C,and GSP levels after 6 weeks of intervention,increased the activity of SOD of diabetic mice,reduced MDA levels,improved the levels of CRE and BUN in diabetic mice,regulated fasting insulin levels,increased insulin sensitivity,promoted cellular function repair,played a good regu-latory role in glucose and lipid metabolism,effectively improved the disorder of glucose and lipid metabolism in diabetic mice.The Exercise combined with Inonotus Obliquus extract group showed more significant improvements in serum detection indicators,and the therapeutic effects after intervention were better.
