Research on Body Difficulty of Individual Rhythmic Gymnastics Program in China from Perspective of New Cycle Rules
Based on the 2022-2024 the international scoring rules of rhythmic gymnastics,this study focuses on the body difficulty of individual rhythmic gymnastics program as the research object,and comprehensively uses research methods such as literature review,image analysis to study body difficulty of Chinese rhythmic gymnasts individual hoop apparatus.Research findings:there was a significant differ-ence among the top eight scores in DB,with a polarization and discontinuity in the level of DB,and a personalized prominent feature in the selection of DB types.The DB types mainly focused on jumps/leaps and balances difficulty,while the rotation difficulty remained relatively weak;the selection rate of balances difficulty is the highest among DB,and the CDB is mainly in the form of balance CDB,forming a stable combination of balances CDB.The score distribution of CDB is around 1.0,indicating a high degree of difficulty value realization.The selection rate of jumps/leaps is second only to the balances difficulty.A series of jumps/leaps are the main forms of jumps/leaps difficulty,and there are relatively few CDB types selected for jumps/leaps.The selection rate of rotation difficulty is the lowest,and the Fouetté(古)is a mandatory rotations difficulty.The single and weak rotations difficulty will inevitably affect the further improvement and balanced development of the overall competitive level,and to some extent limit the degree of implementation of the technical style of the complete set of movements.
