摘要
党建工作是干部学院成立发展之根本,是干部学院为党育才,提升党员干部思想认识、业务水平和综合素质,承载"初心与使命"等全部工作的引领.作为干部学院"灵魂"的图书馆,党建工作更是其发展方向、工作落实、活力迸发的保障.该文以发挥党建核心领导作用,确保发展方向;发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用,确保工作落实;发挥党员的先锋模范作用,激发党员活力三方面为抓手,切实落实以"文化育人"体系服务图书馆事业发展、以"党组织文化"体系保障图书馆事业发展的目标.
Abstract
The work of Party building is the foundation of the establishment and development of the execu-tive leadership academy.It is the guidance of the executive leadership academy to educate talents for the party,improve the ideological understanding,professional level and comprehensive quality of party members and cadres,and carry out all the work of"original aspiration and mission".As the"soul"of the executive leadership academy,the party building work of library is the guarantee of its developmental direction,work implementation and vitality.This paper gives play to the core leadership role of party building to ensure the direction of development;gives play to the role of party branch fighting fortress to ensure the implementation of work;gives full play to the vanguard role of party members to stimulate the vitality of party members,effectively implementing the goal of serving the development of library with the system of"culture education"and ensuring the development of library with the system of"party organiza-tion culture".
