因中美战略博弈加剧、"赖式台独"更加顽固、美国大选不确定性增强,未来4年台海局势面临四大风险挑战.但党的十八大以来,中国大陆保持战略定力,发挥综合优势,主动有效作为,取得涉台斗争重大成效,推动台海局势五大变化,开辟国家统一新局.未来中国大陆将牢牢掌握台海战略主动,加强军事斗争准备,强化塑势控局,深化"反独促融",扎实推进统一进程.
Abstract
Due to the intensified competition between China and the U.S.,the growing stubbornness of"Lai Ching-te's Taiwan Independence",and the increased uncertainty about the U.S.election,the across-Strait situation will encounter four risks and challenges in the coming four years.However,since the 18th National Congress of the CPC,Chinese mainland has maintained strategic concentration,given full play to the comprehensive advantages,and taken proactive and effective actions.Therefore it has achieved significant results in"Taiwan-related struggles",promoted five major changes in the situation across the Strait,and opened up a new scenario for the national unification.In the future,Chinese mainland will firmly take the strategic initiative,enhance preparations for the military struggles,strengthen the ability to control and shape the situations in order to solidly advance the process of the national unification.
