摘要
随着全球价值链、产业链和供应链的不断演化,深化金融服务水平,推动金融发展趋同,越来越成为两岸经济融合发展的重要驱动力.本文分析了当前两岸经贸领域融资的新特点,梳理了两岸金融发展趋同推动两岸经济高质量融合发展的作用机理:激发创新活力,提高贸易附加能力;提升外汇避险能力,增强供应链韧性;强化时空集聚,助力产业融合提质增效.通过逻辑梳理发现,两岸经济融合发展还面临着资本市场发展分化显著、融资结构差异性升高、岛内人民币规模缩减、外汇储备管理策略分化等现实挑战.为发挥金融趋同发展对两岸经济高质量融合发展的重要作用,应发挥大陆市场和产业链完整优势,坚定台资金融机构开拓大陆市场信心;融合两岸金融发展经验,引导台湾金融资源深入大陆金融市场建设;依托两岸融合发展示范区先行先试,持续推进金融业融合发展政策和制度创新.
Abstract
As the global value chains,industrial chains,and supply chains continue to evolve,deepening the level of financial services and promoting the convergence of financial development have become increasingly important driving forces for the integration and development of cross-Strait economies.This study analyzes the new characteristics of finance in the current cross-Strait economic and trade sector,and outlines the mechanism of promoting high-quality integration as well as development of the cross-Strait economy through the convergence of cross-Strait financial development:stimulating innovation vitality and improving trade-added capacity;enhancing foreign exchange hedging capabilities and supply chain resilience;Strengthening spatiotemporal agglomeration and assisting in improving the quality and efficiency of industrial integration.Through logical analysis,it reveals that the integrated development of cross-Strait economy still faces real challenges,such as significant differentiation in capital market development,increased differences in financing structure,reduction of RMB scale in the Taiwan region,and differentiation in foreign exchange reserve management strategies.To fully leverage the crucial role of financial convergence in the high-quality integration and development of the cross-Strait economy,we should capitalize on the advantages of the Chinese mainland's market and industrial chain,bolster the confidence of Taiwan funded financial institutions in exploring the Chinese mainland's market,integrate the financial development experience across the Strait,and guide Taiwan region's financial resources to deepen the construction of the Chinese mainland's financial market.Furthermore,our efforts should be centered around the Demonstration Zone of cross-Strait integrated development,where we can pilot innovative policies and institutional reforms to promote integration within the financial sector.
