新形势下两岸数字经济与实体经济融合的路径研究

发展数字经济有助于推进制造业、服务业和农业的智能化改造与数字化转型.近年来,大陆大力推动新一代信息技术与实体经济深度融合,而台湾地区也重视科技的数字化转型,先后推出"数字地区——创新经济发展"政策(2017-2020年)、智慧台湾方案(2021-2025年)以加速推进产业数字化和全面数字化.基于此,两岸在"数实融合"面临重大发展机遇,本文着重探索强化两岸高端电子装备制造业领域的"数实融合"、拓展两岸"数实融合"发展的新兴产业领域、推进两岸产业数字化转型标准共通、推进两岸"数实融合"发展助力大陆经济高质量发展等路径,推动两岸"数实融合"以助力台企融入大陆"双循环"新发展格局,实现两岸数字经济与实体经济深度融合发展.
Abstract
Developing the digital economy will facilitate the intelligent and digital transformation of manufacturing,service industries,and agriculture.In recent years,Chinese mainland has vigorously promoted the deep integration of new-generation information technology with the real economy.At the same time,the Taiwan region also has begun to attach importance to the digital transformation of technology since 2015.Through successively launching the"Digital Region-Innovative Economic Development Policy"(2017-2020)and Smart Taiwan Solution(2021-2025),the Taiwan region accelerates industrial and comprehensive digitalization.Accordingly,both sides across the Strait face major challenges and opportunities in terms of"data-real integration".This study mainly explores four approaches to strengthening the"data-real integration"in high-end electronic equipment manufacturingacross the Strait,and to expanding the emerging industry fields of"data-real integration"developmentacross the Strait,including promoting the common standards of industrial digital transformation,broadening the paths of"data-real integration"to accelerate Chinese mainland achieve high-quality economic development,enhancing"data-real integration"to help Taiwan funded enterprises integrate into the new development structure of"Dual Circulation",and realizing the deep integration and development between the digital economy and the real economy.
