Using the method of literature and logical analysis, this paper analyzes and combs China's outdoor sports and clubs, and from the basic theory of outdoor sports, discusses the outdoor Sporting Club properties and operation mode, outdoor sports management, provides reference for further research regarding outdoor sports and the clubs.
