Taking Tianjin the First Commercial School as an example,this paper explores the construction of a data-supported"five-dimension and three-approach"ability development system for secondary school teachers,and expounds the research and practice background of the system,and the connotation and construction logic of secondary school teachers'growth,that is,the precise positioning of teachers'core ability development-"five-dimension ability".Through the design of the"three approach"to help teachers grow,the implementation of data-supported process management of teacher growth,and the systematic construction of a channel mechanism to guarantee the quality of teacher growth,it introduces the specific practices and innovations of this system and systematically summarizes its practical effectiveness and innovation demonstration.
