以Nvivo12软件为工具,对2013-2022年132名"全国高校辅导员年度人物"的先进事迹进行编码和分析,对高校辅导员职业素养的构成要素进行深度挖掘和充分整理.研究表明,职业信念、职业道德、职业知识、职业技能是构成高校辅导员职业素养体系的核心要素,是职业素养体系中的基点、核心、支撑和关键.
Abstract
Using Nvivo12 software,to code and analyze the advanced deeds of132"National Institute Counselors of the Year"from 2013 to 2022,and to deeply explore and fully sort out the components of college counselors'professional quality.The research shows that professional belief,professional ethics,professional knowledge and professional skills are the core elements of the professional quality system of institute counselors,and are the base point,core,support and key of the professional quality system.
