摘要
我国社会主义建设进入了新时期,工会作为国家政权的重要社会支柱,其职能的发挥也发生了新的转变.高校工会究其实质是行业工会,其根本职能是搭建有效沟通和解决教职工问题的桥梁和纽带,在充分维护职工权益的同时,推动高校良性发展,营造充满和谐的劳动关系,为社会主义现代化建设提供助力支持.
Abstract
China's socialist construction has entered a new period,and labor unions,as an important social pillar of state power,have undergone a new transformation in the performance of their functions.The essence of labor unions in institutes is trade unions of the industry,and its fundamental function is to build bridges and links for effective communication and solution of problems of teachers and staff,to promote the benign development of institutes while fully safeguarding the rights and interests of the staff,to create harmonious labor relations,and to provide assistance and support for the socialist modernization.
