职业院校印章档案的管理思考

摘要
职业院校在印章档案管理过程中存在着制度建设迟缓、归档流程欠规范、监管不到位等问题,造成了一定的风险隐患.本文通过分析印章档案的价值,应对问题的举措来进一步规范印章档案管理.同时指出,电子印章的推广将为印章档案的发展探索出新的路径.
Abstract
In the process of seal archives management in vocational institutes,there are some problems such as delayed system construction,unstandardized archiving process and inadequate supervision,which cause certain risks and hidden dangers.This paper further standardizes the seal archives management by analyzing the value of the seal archives and the measures to deal with the problems.At the same time,it is pointed out that the promotion ofelectronic seals will explore a new path for the development of seal archives.
