中职汽修专业国际交流合作中的挑战及对策研究

摘要
本文旨在探讨中职汽修专业的国际交流合作的意义、挑战和机遇,并提出相应的策略和建议.通过与国外汽修学校的交流与合作,中职汽修专业可以拓宽全球化视野和了解先进技术,有助于提高教育质量和培养学生的国际竞争力.同时,国际交流合作也面临着语言障碍、文化差异和资源限制等挑战,本文提出了建立合作伙伴关系、制定合作计划、提供语言培训等应对策略.
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the significance,challenges and opportunities of the international exchange and cooperation of automobile repair major in secondary vocational schools,and to put forward corresponding strategies and suggestions.Through exchanges and cooperation with foreign automobile repair schools,the automobile repair major in secondary vocational schools can broaden the globalized vision and understand the advanced technology,which helps to improve the quality of education and cultivate the international competitiveness of students.At the same time,international exchanges and cooperation also face challenges such as language barriers,cultural differences and resource limitations,and this paper proposes countermeasures such as establishing partnerships,formulating cooperation programs and providing language training.
