Research and Practice on the Construction of Smart Energy Specialty Group——Take Tianjin Urban Construction Management & Vocation Technology College as An Example
This paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation and future trend of the development of the integrated energy industry chain,and puts forward the demand for cross-border comprehensive technical and skilled talents,and elaborates the grouping logic and construction ideas of the specialty group from industrial demand side.Combined with the current situation of higher vocational institutes,docking each link of the industrial chain,the research and practice on the construction of specialty group are carried out from five aspects:talent training mode,curriculum system,training base cluster,structured teaching innovation team,and service for industrial enterprises.
