摘要

本研究通过文献综述,总结了黄炎培职业教育教师观的核心理念和原则,以及其对教师能力发展的指导作用,提出了 一系列教师能力发展的策略和措施:加强教师专业培训、强化师德师风建设、鼓励教师创新以及构建支持体系等.通过实施这些策略促进教师能力的全面提升,对提高教师的教学质量和专业水平具有积极意义和作用.

Abstract

Through literature review,this study summarizes the core concepts and principles of Huang Yanpei's view of teachers in vocational education and its guiding role in the development of teachers'competence,and puts forward a series of strategies and measures for the development of teachers'competence,such as strengthening professional training for teachers,reinforcing the construction of teachers'morality and ethical standards,encouraging teachers'innovation,and constructing a support system.Through implementing these strategies,it promotes the overall improvement of teachers'competence,and has a positive significance and effect on improving teachers'teaching quality and professionalism.
