智能运维下的AFC检修工培训培养模式研究

摘要
我国城市轨道交通AFC系统运维模式正在向智能运维方向优化,提升现有AFC维修工技能是保障人才需求的良好措施.根据目前尚未形成系统的培养智能运维下AFC检修工培训培养模式的情况,本文探索的人才培养模式,针对不同培养对象,确定不同培养内容和培养方法,以解决智能运维背景下AFC维修工的人才需求问题.
Abstract
The operation and maintenance mode of AFC system of urban rail transit in China is being optimized in the direction of intelligent operation and maintenance,and improving the skills of existing AFC maintainers is a good measure to ensure the demand for talents.According to the current situation that there is no systematic training mode for AFC maintainers under intelligent operation and maintenance,the talent training mode explored in this paper determines different training contents and training methods for different training objects,so as to solve the talent demand of AFC maintainers under the background of intelligent operation and maintenance.
