摘要
成人教育的教学质量和效果与师资队伍的建设密不可分.本文在阐述大力发展成人教育的必要性、成人教育特点的基础上,剖析了成人教育师资队伍建设存在的问题和成因,并对解决这些问题的方法和改善成人教育师资队伍建设的措施进行了探究和论证.
Abstract
The teaching quality and effect of adult education are inseparable from the faculty construction.On the basis of elaborating the necessity of vigorously developing adult education and the characteristics of adult education,this paper analyzes the problems and causes of the construction of adult education faculty,and explores and argues about the methods to solve these problems and the measures to improve the construction of adult education faculty.
